I recently moved apartments and want to share with you a story about the scam, and give you an apartment tour!

I’ll be showing you the empty apartment and will update it once the furniture and blue couch arrives! I also want to share with you a story about getting conned… the property agent to this place wasn’t really honest and she told me a few lies. I feel a little scammed into renting this place for 3000USD. I do really like the place for the view and how dog friendly it is, as well as the facilities offered – but I just think it is not worth the price.

Its a scam needing to deal with obstructed views and heavy construction noise everyday (what a great way to wake up!). Soon after signing the lease the aircon had a blockage and leaked a waterfall, the balcony door got stuck and the ceiling is falling apart. LOL. I didn’t film those…. maybe in another video? If you really want to see things like that….

Other than that, the place is very new and nicely designed – I truly appreciate everything else about it, the cleanliness and relaxing garden areas. I’m very excited about the pet grooming room and having a gym so close is awesome. It is quite far from city central but there area plenty of malls in the area accessible by foot in around 10 minutes, so I’m looking forward to spending the year here and hope it turns out “better”. Oh there is also huge pet park 10mins drive from the place, I really really am glad the area is so pet friendly – you can even bring them to the shopping mall!!!!

The previous apartment I stayed at wasn’t too bad – it was very convenient but too old and had issues with mold, and hot water wasn’t always ‘consistent’. Sunlight was also a luxury.

The apartments here are very similar to Japan, especially Tokyo as they’re both high in rental and small in size haha. Maybe I can show you an apartment in Shibuya later. Hope you enjoyed the tour today! I really appreciate you stopping by and hope to bring you more videos! Cheers 🙂
