This is a short video of my trip to Osaka in Japan which I spent several days there over a few trips.
In this trip, I visited some of the key attractions of the city that included Osaka Castle, downtown shopping belts Shinsaibashi and Dontobori.
The castle is nice with serene and lovely environment and if you are into history or Japanese culture, this place is recommended.
It is a bustling and busy city with a good blend of modern and history, entertainment, commercial and cultural aspects, in particular, the food culture! It is a must try food, Takoyaki as it is originated from here and of course, the Glico Man landmark that has been standing there for over 70 years! Do note that it is very crowded here day or night!
Takashimaya is also nearby with lots of eateries and restaurants around and you will be spoiled for choices.
I will be making a separate video on riding on the JR shortly and what you need to do/follow to allow a seamless purchase (collection) of your JR upon arriving in Japan. Do not worry for language is surely not a barrier, so long you have the information on where and when you are going, it is very easy!
