We’ve had a quick getaway in Marinduque to explore amazing beaches but unfortunately, we only have limited time there as we also need to celebrate my auntie’s 25th anniversary as a nun in Monastery of Saint Clare in Boac, Marinduque.

HOW TO GET TO MARINDUQUE FROM MANILA:
-First, you need to take a bus in Buendia/Cubao bound for Dalahican Port Lucena, Quezon Province
-Take a ferry trip going to Balanacan Port, Marinduque
FARE: Php 390.00 (One way) + Terminal Fee Php 30.00/head
-Ferry travel time from Dalahican Port to Balanacan Port is 2 hours and 30 minutes
*Note: If you want your car (6 seater) onboard fare is Php 1,400.00 (free ticket for 4 pax).

1) Exotic Island View Beach Resort (Poctoy, Torrijos, Marinduque)
Travel time from Balanacan Port is around 2 – 2.5 hours
Entrance fee – Php 50.00 (adults)
Php 40.00 (kids or senior citizen)
Cottage: Php 500.00 whole day (10-20 pax)
2) Monastery of Saint Clare (Boac, Marinduque)
-Travel time from Balanacan Port is around 45 minutes
There still a lot of nice beaches in Marinduque but unfortunately, we don’t have much time to visit them as the main purpose is to celebrate the 25th anniversary of my auntie.
