Hiroshima style Okonomiyaki! Once again I opted for a non-traditional version. Normally, the okonomiyaki of Hiroshima contains noodles, pork, and an egg on the top, among others.
This one is made with spicy noodles, red chili peppers with of course an okonomiyaki sauce on the top.I forgot to ask the chef what is this red flakes he added at the end so if you know, please share this with me in the comment section.
