Here is my comparison of the two chain ramen places in Japan, Ippudo vs. Ichiran ramen noodles. When I first ate Ippudo ramen in New York, I didn’t like it as much. But when I tried Ippudo in Japan, that bowl of ramen completely changed my perspectives on it. But… I will always love Ichiran, no matter what.
