We don’t know about you but we’re thinking about spending the rest of winter cosied up in a spot like this! 😍♨️ Pictured is Manza Onsen, a hot spring resort town in Gunma Prefecture, situated 1,800 metres above sea level. It’s known as having some of the most sulphuric waters in all of Japan, which are said to provide various positive health benefits. 📍 From Tokyo, you can reach Manza Kazawaguchi Station in approx. 2.5 hours by shinkansen (using your JR pass) and a local train (via Takasaki). The train tracks between Naganohara Kusatsuguchi and Manza Kazawaguchi were damaged during the typhoon in October, but a substitute bus is operating between them. #VisitJapanAU #Relaxation
