Yamanashi is the center for Japanese wine. As a wine lover, I had to stop by for some tasting while exploring Yamanashi.
I started at Daizen-ji, nicknamed Budo-ji (Grape Temple). This is where grapes in the region started so I figured it would be a good place to start myself.
I also stopped at 3 wineries. Château Mercian, Haramo Wine, and Budo no Oka. All three were very different experiences from each other and I’m very happy with how my wine tasting adventure turned out.
Much love and happy travels
