Lazarus anime | Image Credits: YouTube Lazarus has been the talk of the town since the release of its first episode. The anime offers a unique story line with some brilliantly written characters in action. The anime has only two episodes live as of now including Goodbye Cruel World and Life in the Fast Lane. Now, a primary concern that has been witnessed in the fans globally is that the American and Japanese version of the same are slightly different.
According to an X user named SaeIssho, Axel’s prison escape scene had additional frames and enhanced composting polish in the Japanese version. Citing this scenario, the fans are concerned about whether the American version is worth watching or if they should wait for the Japanese version. Nonetheless, a report published by Gizmodo has somewhat cleared the doubts of the fans. Moving forward, let’s have a look at the same.
Lazarus Anime: Difference between Japanese and American version
A report published by Gizmodo mentioned a conversation with a source who is closely associated with the production team of the anime. The source mentioned that both the Japanese and American versions of the show have been tweaked a little bit on the basis of the Harding test. For those who are unaware, the Harding test is a test for patterns and flashing that could trigger epilepsy and photosensitivity.
He further cleared that nothing like composites or frames was added to either of the versions. And the future episodes will also follow the same pattern. All in all, the fans have nothing to worry about as they will get to see the same things in both the Japanese and American versions of Lazarus.
As for the new episodes, the third episode of the anime will be dropping next Saturday. It will be aimed to make the series more intense. Global users can watch the series on Adult Swim on the day of launch and on Max the day after.
