Muscat: All eyes will be on Osaka as the city officially announces the commencement of Expo 2025. The global exhibition will be hosted in the Japanese city from April 13th to October 13th, 2025, operating under the theme “Designing Future Societies for Our Lives.” Over 155 countries, including Oman, are set to participate in this significant international event.
Oman’s contribution to Expo 2025 Osaka will revolve around its pavilion, themed “Oman – Extended Links.” The pavilion will concentrate on the interconnectedness of water, land, and humanity, featuring more than 33 events that will showcase key areas such as communication and interaction, tourism, investment prospects, cultural identity, and international relations and partnerships.
The General Commission of Oman’s pavilion aims to establish a vibrant space that facilitates meaningful cultural exchange between Oman and the global community. Its objective is to foster closer connections between people, encourage new collaborations, and generate innovative ideas for a more promising future. The visitor experience is designed to be interactive and engaging for the senses, inspiring guests with Oman’s potential for tourism and its investment opportunities.
Expo 2025 is an international exhibition that brings together people and innovations from all corners of the world under a unified banner, with the purpose of addressing the global challenges facing humanity.
