Have you heard of Nada area in Kobe city, it’s the area known to be the no.1 sake production areas in Japan. In this video, I explored one of the Sake brewery museum there and got to know about “how sake is produced”. If you like drinking sake, I am sure you can taste it better with the knowledge you can get from this video 😊

  1. I quit drinking alcoholic beverages about 10 years ago. I remember drinking sake at a sushi restaurant, "Sakura". They served the sake at near internal body temperature (98 deg. F) 36.6 deg. Celsius. The sake that you drank seemed to be chilled. Drinking sake warm seemed to make me dizzy very quickly. I didn't realize how complex the sake brewing process is until I watched your video. Thank you for your interesting and educational video. 🙂
