LOVED: 7-Eleven. Speaking of konbini, this is part of the Japanese lifestyle we’re missing in North America! I know this is a pretty basic take if you know anything about Japan, but stores like 7-Eleven, Lawson, and Family Mart are the next level up from our convenience stores. They’ve got an incredible selection of hot counter meals, baked goods, and tasty snacks. I found pre-packaged pancakes with margarine and maple syrup that were honestly, life-changing. Trust me, do a TikTok search and you too will be impressed!
