Made from the recipes in Morimoto’s Japanese Home Cooking
1. Shumai resting in a steamer. They were delicious, but I think they’re over filled
2: Gyoza, Fried. Yummy! But needed more salt, and I forgot the garlic!
3: Fresh Gyoza for freezing. Worked up really nicely from frozen as well!
