Visiting the port town of Mitarai, on Osaki-Shimojima Island. The town was founded in the mid-17th century and developed over the course of approximately 200, into the early Showa period as a transit port. Many of the buildings and surrounding still show signs of this history.
Stopped by the local JA for from fresh oranges as well, couldn’t pass those up.
