Sapporo Winter Festival is LIT- BEST Sushi Spots in Town/ Noboribetsu Jigokudani/ Sapporo Beer Hall

WE BACK BABY part 2 –

Join us as we explore the Sapporo Winter Festival, experiencing the stunning snow and ice sculptures at Susukino and Odori Park while diving into some of the best food Hokkaido has to offer.

We start with a visit to Ramen Alley, where we try the rich and flavorful bowls from Teshikaga and Aji no Karyu, both famous for their unique takes on Sapporo-style ramen. Then, we checked out Kitano Gurume, a top spot for fresh seafood and sushi.

For a change of scenery, we take a day trip to Noboribetsu to explore Jigokudani (Hell Valley), known for its dramatic volcanic landscape and steaming hot springs. After returning to Sapporo, we hit up the beer museum and knock a couple back before heading off to dinner. We then experience the festival at night, where the illuminated sculptures and lively atmosphere make for an unforgettable experience.

The next morning, we start the day with a sushi breakfast at Nijo Market before making one last stop at Odori Park to take in the final moments of the festival.

If you enjoy winter festivals, incredible food, and scenic travel destinations, this is a vlog you won’t want to miss. Stay tuned for more Japan adventures.
