🇯🇵 I CRIED! 😭 The Most Beautiful Winter Trip in Japan ❄️ | Kanazawa & Nagano Travel Vlog
This trip was so beautiful, I couldn’t hold back my tears!
For 3 days, I traveled through Kanazawa and Nagano, experiencing stunning snowy landscapes, historic samurai districts, delicious food, and the famous Jigokudani Snow Monkeys! 🐵❄️
But nothing prepared me for what happened on Day 2—a completely spontaneous journey to a snow-covered beach. The scenery was so breathtakingly magical that I literally started crying on the bus! 😭

📍 Day 1 – Kanazawa:
🏯 Higashi Chaya District – A traditional geisha district full of Edo-period charm.
🍵 Matcha & tea break in a cozy café.
🏰 Kanazawa Castle & Kenroku-en Garden – One of Japan’s most beautiful gardens!
⚔️ Nagamachi Samurai District – Step back in time to the samurai era.
📍 Day 2 – Omicho Market & The Unexpected Moment That Made Me Cry:
🍣 Omicho Market – Kanazawa’s “Kitchen,” filled with amazing seafood & street food!
🚌 A spontaneous bus ride along the coast – A complete surprise journey.
🌊 Arriving at a beach covered in snow – The beauty of this moment hit me so hard, I couldn’t stop crying! 😭❄️
🎹 Public piano at Takaoka Station – A surprise musical moment!
📍 Day 3 – Nagano & Jigokudani Monkey Park:
🚄 Shinkansen from Kanazawa to Nagano – Stunning snowy views!
🍜 Breakfast at a Vietnamese restaurant before heading to the park.
🚌 Bus ride (1,800 yen | ~$12 USD | ~11 EUR) to Jigokudani Monkey Park.
🏔️ 40-minute snowy hike to the park – Wear sturdy shoes!
🐵 The famous snow monkeys soaking in hot springs – A one-of-a-kind wildlife experience!
🎥 This trip was so emotional and breathtaking that I’ll never forget it. Sometimes, the best experiences come from the most unexpected places.
