Life on Ishigaki Island isn’t always as slow and relaxing as it seems! In the past two weeks, I had to take three flights across Japan—for my passport renewal in Tokyo, a Karate Exhibition, and to collect my ID card in Naha. Today, I’m finally back, taking a peaceful walk along Yonehara Beach, sharing why I’ve been away and what’s coming next on my channel.

51 is too young to go….So many men are passing in their 50's. You should always have a towel with you and change of swim wear so you can never miss an opportunity to swim. That is too much to go through for passport renewals. It is going to rain for the next 4 days here but the next sunny day I am doing a 20km bike ride with a video to show.
