My boss took me to this awesome omakase restaurant the other day which I was worried about because I actually don't like half this food on a normal basis. The quality however was so good I couldn't get enough.
Place is called Itamae Asataro(イタマエ浅太郎) and although they don't have a menu I was able to get the general names of these dishes. I'll at the rest at a later time.
Dried sea cucumber intestines, Ojiya, Fukinotou with hairtail fish, Edible wild plants with salmon roe and sea urchin, Crab meat with a miso soup base made from crab innards, Bluefin Tuna, Almond peanuts as a special seasoning for red snapper and squid, pufferfish milt, Urokoyaki [grilled scales and broccoli], Sawara [Japanese Spanish Mackerel]
