Our FIRST IMPRESSIONS Of Japan – We Did NOT Expect To Find This In Tokyo!

We’re in Japan for the first time, and we’re exploring the amazing capital city of Tokyo! This was our first day in Japan and we started by wandering around the famous Shinjuku area. Then, we visited Shinjuku National Garden, a huge park with traditional Japanese gardens. It was totally different from what we expected to find in Tokyo! And to top it off, we experienced Shinjuku at night and went to one of Tokyo’s many restaurants. It was an incredible first day in Tokyo and was a great first impression of Japan!

    毒々しい見た目ですけど、人間に影響するような毒はないです。

    一応人間にも危ない毒グモも数種類いるけど、心配要らないでしょう。スズメ蜂が猛毒で時々被害も出るけど夏~秋なので今はいません😅

    Welcome to Japan. I'm a UK citizen living in Osaka, but I used to be in Tokyo. Shinjuku Kabukicho is a city that never sleeps, so there's a lot of temptation. You should be a bit careful in Kabukicho late at night. It's good that you chose ramen. There are a lot of izakayas (Japanese style pubs) in that area, so those restaurants are good too. You can enjoy draft beer or highballs and yakitori.
