My partner and I loved the white stew! It reminded us of chicken pot pie. As for the curry, it’s pretty similar to Golden Curry (no surprises there) but still super delicious.
We used chicken breast for the white stew (would’ve preferred thigh, but we used what we had) and beef brisket for the curry, and made no modifications to either sauce (just the cubes).
