    Enjoyed this beautiful bowl of hot Matcha Soba noodles in soup today. 

    The broth is thick and silky. The noodles are very green and tender. The topping is fried tofu and fresh greens. It’s got a bit of grated ginger, and a small dish of salted pickles to add extra flavour.
