So, I was in Japan this summer and among many-many new tasty things I found this:
(picture from internet; google the word 生もちっ ハムチーズ )

Pretty common food for combini (Lawson if I remember correctly), those who live in Japan should recognize it easily.

And now I want to cook this mochi bread used here – because it's so special and unusual: soft, white, stretching. (ham and cheese are not important for this topic)
The problem is: I thought I will find the recipe just by googling "mochi bread", but… I was wrong. Google shows me something else, some "korean mochi bread" (round buns with black seed and crust), totally not this.
(probably they've chosen wrong name in lawson)

So, can anyone tell me the recipe of this white "mochi-bread"? (or how should it really be called)
(or may be even translate info from the wrapping, for those who live in japan and buy this things often)
