Not sure if I’m the only one, but soft and bright J-Pop melodies kinda help me deal with depression. It’s like they trick my brain into feeling better, maybe boosting dopamine or something.
I’m looking for soft, happy, and chill J-Pop songs with electronic vibes—nothing as slow as ballads but also nothing too loud or chaotic. Here’s an example of what I mean:
