We visited the Kawazu Sakura Festival in Kawazu Town, Shizuoka! 🌸
Kawazu-zakura is an early-blooming cherry blossom variety, known for its deep pink color.
This popular festival attracts nearly one million visitors each year, with events held at various famous spots in Kawazu Town, centered around the Kawazu River, where rows of cherry blossoms create a breathtaking view. The festival lasts for about one month from early February.

Thank you very much for this video. The cherry bloosoms in Kawazu look so beautiful. And I like the Mine Onsen park, the steam there, the footbath, and the cooking of eggs. There are a lot of people, but as most Japanese people are so respectful and disciplined, it is okay. Here in Switzerland, with so many people, it would be horrible, because unfortunately many swiss people are very egoistic and dont follow "rules" who makes life easier for everybody 😞.
