Hi , how you folks been?
It is 2 am in the morning and
I am watching you folks enjoying yourself eating sushi. Now I am hungry for sushi. I have to wait until tomorrow morning to get some sushi.
My stomach is growling for some sushi. I have to go down stairs and open a can of albacore tuna to calm my stomach down. Thank goodness I bought several cans of tuna cans the last time I was in Costco.
I have some lemon and powdered wasabi mix and tuna. I know it’s not the same but I will make it work until tomorrow.
Knowing me I probably will have a nightmare about sushi and lose my appetite by morning.
Got some good news Friday I when to the DMV to take the written exam. Guess what I didn’t have to take the test.
After all that studying I don’t need to take the written tests. Whew! The reason why was because it’s my birthday.🥳 Not!
Evidently they had passed a rules in last November saying that if you are over 70 you don’t have to take the written exam. Yelp! Best birthday present I have in years. But they check my eyes and they say I need glasses. That okay as long I can drive. Just don’t ask me to read a eye chart.😂
I didn’t even have to take a driving test because my record is so clean it was spotless. So that was one birthday present
The other was I finally heard from my older brother. He text me after I texted him about how was his house? He lives in
South Pasadena. I stayed in his house while I was going to Art Center. He said his house was okay. He lives alone so generally he doesn’t respond to my text or phone calls. I have not talk to him since mom passed three years ago. I tried many times and leave message but he doesn’t reply. But he did this time. That was the second surprise gift for my birthday and finally my little brother and his wife forgot about my birthday so I don’t have to see or hear my sister-in-law. You know she has a narcissistic personality . She steals things from the house without me knowing it is missing until I see them using it. I hate people like that. The last time I talk to them was at the Christmas party. They wanted me to cook Chinese New Year dinner and invited their friends.
Too much work and said NO, I think that why they didn’t call me on my birthday. As they say in basketball “No harm, no foul”
Best birthday I had in years.
The only one thing is I been sick for the past three weeks, it is getting better now, been resting and sleeping a lot.
But after Friday news I feeling much better. Does that means I couldn’t go out for sushi, NO, just have to dress warmly and be extra careful when I go out.
Sapporo Japan looks freezing cold. They say it’s the coolest spot in Japan. After seeing your video I tend to agree. I just like their beer. Well it 3:30 am time to go sleep forget about the can tuna too sleepy.
