Hey, I'm trying to figure out the name of a specific instrument or sound in J-Pop. Not sure if my description is accurate, but the rhythm is fast, kinda like a helicopter spinning, and has an old-school video game vibe.
Not gonna over-explain, I'll drop examples if needed.
Examples:
1- You can hear it in Believe by Folder 5 at 0:34

2- It also appears in Song for Learning Japanese by YouTuber Mihara Keigo at 2:55

What’s this type of beat called?
And can you recommend any songs with a similar melody or any anime/game OST with the same sound?

Eurobeat. Believe in particular is produced by Giancarlo Pasquini aka Dave Rodgers aka the godfather of eurobeat. (Originally the track was released as [Dreamin’ of You by Lolita](https://youtu.be/2OR05ReiZCA?si=gD_EbEGTZHgJv1Az))
