Exploring Okinawa | Birthday VLOG
Come along as Gabe and Maddy celebrate Gabe’s 26th birthday with an exciting day of exploring Okinawa! From scenic views and hidden gems to delicious eats and fun activities, this adventure is packed with unforgettable moments.
The day begins with breakfast at their favorite brunch spot, Little Cactus, known for its cozy atmosphere and tasty dishes. Next, they venture to Yanbaru Park on the north side of the island, where they soak in the peaceful beauty of Okinawa’s mountains and forests.
They continue their journey by discovering an abandoned collapsed bridge on the west side of the island, featuring stunning ocean and mountain views. Afterward, they enjoy a beachside lunch while basking in the coastal vibes.
Returning to American Village, they unwind with a soothing massage before heading to Chili’s for a celebratory dinner, complete with a Triple Dipper and the indulgent Chocolate Molten Lava Cake. The day ends at the golf course driving range, hitting balls and reflecting on an amazing birthday adventure.

Happy Birthday Gabe and many happy returns. On a side note I can totally relate to the motion sickness as a passenger.
Was that an old tunnel where you had to walk along the sea wall?
Happy Birthday Gabe!!!!! that Icing looked so good.
Wow! That was some crazy footage to the bridge! As I mentioned before, we lived in Okinawa for 9 years and I thought we had seen everything on the Island. We never saw that bridge. Was this located off of 58? By the way, your trip reminded me of a spot where you can get Okinawa Donuts called Sata Andagi. We would stop at Kyoda Roadside Station on our way back from Okuma It's a Pit-stop along Route 58, Okinawa. It's right before you get into Nago. They have the very best hot and fresh Sata Andagi…different flavors like Okinawa purple potato and black sesame (my personal favorite…taste like chocolate). You can find them at other places, but we found this place was the best.
