  1. Hi guys! If you are travelling to Japan, and you are catching the rain in Kyoto, these are a few ways to spend your day and not lose the opportunity to have a great day! 😀 Let us know what you think! 🙂
    * Arashiyama Bamboo Gove – it's busy all the time, no matter if it's nice weather or bad weather because of its popularity and because is in the city. There are other bamboo groves more outside, and you will have to travel for a longer period of time. DON'T GET FOOLED by posts that are saying and showing that are no people in the background!
    * Nishiki Market – It's GREAT to explore and do some food tasting, there are plenty of options. BUT, it's a bit overpriced. Definitely, you should visit, as there are some beautiful temples and shrines around.
    * Personalised chopsticks – We think it's a great idea if you are looking for a unique gift, or souvenir from Japan, there are plenty of options at the shop, and the prices can fit every budget.
    * Buy from the locals – The interaction with the grandma was so sweet and personal, it has made our day much better.

We hope you liked our video and please consider: liking, sharing and subscribing! 🙂

  2. I've loved the interaction with the lady! It's important to support the locals as well and not only the branded shops. 🙂
