Visiting the capital of Japan’s Northernmost Major Island: Sapporo
I’m glad to have managed to schedule 1 night in Sapporo before flying back to Singapore but also wished to have been able to stay a little longer to really explore it. Sapporo is a great starting point when exploring Hokkaido and is equivalent to the Tokyo of the North. Its very well connected with its very own subway system with Sapporo station being the gateway to travel around Hokkaido.
