4:06 when he opened the rice, that scared the shit out of me. I hate blue bottles.
I hope he tipped that guy well, 4 bucks for all that was a bargain
Tough to pull a cab on the streetside in China now when most of the hailing is done by app. Not surprised if a cab driver does not carry change when the majority of payments are made over app. 24:03 is when the driver dropped his name "Lao Kang" or Old Kang!
That driver made a very good point when he said that every Chinese is working hard to build China. This is the reason that of all the ancient civilizations, only the Chinese civilization still has a long history.
damn i wanna watch this while doing something aside but i also don't wanna miss the precious subtitles 😀
China is a big country with a 5000 years of history right now in the process of re-establishing itself. While there are issues that it needs to iron out, but it is overwhelmingly in the right trajectory, its Chinese way, less talk and marketing, more working and doing. The result you see from the hard infrastructure to peoples morals and morales are the hardwork of the last 40 years.
Why not rent a girlfriend?
wholesome video
I'd like to rent a hot boyfriend for a day or two.
wish the government(s) would chill out and let people be people. They really don't need all this surveillance crap. They're doing fine in so many parts of life over there. No need to be scared.
lol. Nice (mis)translation sprinkled along the video.
D'Jina is definitely going to own the U.S. pretty soon. We might as well conform to our new overlords now. It looks fun.
The education we Chinese have received since childhood is to remember the backward history and cherish the peaceful life now. If others do not offend me, I will not offend others. Our China is not as evil as described by the Western media. Most Chinese people are very kind! Welcome everyone to come and play in China.😊❤
Without any irony … this vid is beautiful
SBA Watching from the UK.Really enjoyed the video allways enjoy your videos.🙏
I only watch your videos because of the subtitles
Become orthodox!☦️
Best episonde, super interesting to watch
Love your content, your travel videos are always entertaining with the perfect blend of actual education, sense of adventure, comedy, and just a unfiltered look at the world out there and the people that inhabit it. I have to assume a lot of your commenters are bots otherwise it's unfair to call yourself small brained because if the majority of these random crybabies in the comments are real people, their brains must be beyond microscopic. Your videos, regardless of country, show that primarily people are more similar than different, it's economic status that is the true divider. Sure everyone has their own customs and cultures based on where they live and grew up at, but in the end most people are the same, friendly and non hostile. Pretty much most people when not influenced by other sources take the do unto others mindset from either extreme as in treat others friendly so they treat you friendly back, or keep to yourself and be quiet and not bother people and expect they not bother you, it all depends on the mood that person is in that day.
Of course thugs and bad people exist everywhere, regardless of country, everywhere has their share of bad seeds. However that doesn't mean everyone is out to get you, yes one should always stay vigilant of their surroundings, but at the end of the day realize a lot of the people you side eye and worry about, are side eyeing and worrying about you right back. Most of the xenophobia is pushed by rich people and people in government to keep everyone divided. Always give the people a boogieman to distract them from the fact the only ones actively trying to hurt them on a day to day basis is the rich who can never have too much of the pie as everyone else works there ass off to be able to survive off their crumbs. This was a very nice video because I feel like china gets a bad wrap mostly due to our rich/government fearing theirs for various economic and world influence reasons and they make for easy scapegoats. Yes they have all kinds of problems going on in their government and stuff in their culture, but so do we (USA) as literally no where is perfect. Yes you should love your home, but you shouldn't delude yourself that your some how more special than people born elsewhere, it's a lotto where one is born and what wealth class they land in, people always seem to forget that. The people you make fun of or fear from other countries could have very well been your life had the dice rolled a different way.
This video hits harder than your japan stuff and I love japan, but that's the thing of it, Modern day Americans have a natural desire to want to love japan, because we are exposed to so much of the best parts of their culture, the video games, the anime, ect it makes it all very easy to romanticize the country and most videos out of japan make the whole place seem like so kind of utopia that it makes it very easy to ignore any problems they have, which they do, because every country has their own problems they must deal with. Also in japan's favor it is such a small country in comparison to china which again is one reason people have a much harder time embracing chinese culture. Because china is so huge it is really mind boggling to the point of being scary, more so when you factor in because of that size, the people are very different region by region, much like how our states are different from one another, only china is so large and filled with so many people on such an even grander scale it is almost incomprehensible. So it's easy and convenient for the morons that ingest too much political radio/podcasts to label them all in one large mass and apply the worse stereotypes to them as a whole. I get it, not everyone has the money, the desire, the nerve, to travel to all these strange places and leave the safety of their home behind, but it never fails to amaze me how despite having access to the internet, people choose to remain as ignorant as possible and then allow themselves to be brainwashed by all sorts of grifters.
Your videos do a very good job of showing the world for what it truly is, thank you for being you and choosing to share your great adventures around the world with all of us. I know it might sound weird being thanked for just living your life and doing the things you would be doing anyway regardless if you were filming and sharing your adventures and stories with others, but none the less I still say thanks because I truly believe you shine a light on the world and show for anyone who isn't already brain washed, that we are all humans at the end of the day going through the same human experience. Keep up the great work and just remember despite the whiners and bots in the comments, the majority of the people out there watchin your content are enjoying the hell out of it. As always looking forward to more of your great travels.

I do enjoy the content and I'm all for a bit of humor. But I think the title and some of the subtitles are pretty damn disrespectful. Sure, everyone loves the funny subtitles, you need to make a buck and it's just a bit of fun. But at the same time don't you think this guy (who was so incredibly kind and welcoming) might be a bit disappointed when he goes to watch this back with his family only to discover that you've made him the butt of a joke for clicks? Not to mention that Chinese tend to be more conservative with their values – it's not like the US. I'm just being real – not a PC person at all, I see it more as just being about basic respect and decency. People can call me a Karen but I doubt most of them would feel okay publishing such a thumbnail/title right after someone showed them such great hospitality.
i wonder when did this happen cause it's not like winter
Hahahha THE RANDOM LAD IS A FREAKING LEGEND.
They don’t carry cash anymore!
I remembered that I dropped a messages in one of your video when you were visiting India, to invite you visit China if you would like, now you are here, and I am grad that you like here.
6:30 He is probably not scamming you because people in China really don't carry cash at all.
I had an advert for an insurance company when you got into the baloon lol.
Best video bro, China for the win
This was one of the most entertaining videos I have seen so far. That taxi driver was a true legend.
come on why would the chinese hate you , everyone is just slave to their goverment , isnt it ?
yes you are the monster no one has change or cash in general in China nowadays. dont just assume the worst in people
The taxi driver like him can only be found in China
When you bargained $4, the very nice man actually thought you said 40 rmb. 40 yuan? Yes okay to go. he said.
