  1. Hi Toshi, llke to buy vacation home in Japan how I know which Realtor speak english?

  2. Japan keeps getting more interesting. With the sites attracting the large crowds during the day, is it a particular time during the day or is it all day such as in Kyoto?

I have only seen tattoos mentioned in regards to Onsens, but are there museums and other tourist attractions that dont want visible tattoos. I did see a restriction on the Gundam museum website when it was in Yokohama.

  3. I would've loved to learn how to cook a Japanese home cooked meal when I was there! I miss the food there! Thank you Toshi for another amazing video!!!

  4. Thanks for the info!

It's always important to be updated with info that can impact travelers in Japan!

The only bad thing though about Suica, it's that it doesn't work in android phones 🥲

  5. Just want to ask, are those foreign credit cards generally accepted for use in most of the places in Japan?

  6. cyber attack on JAL……. well most people know who did it if you always update the news it really easy to pinpoint where the attack are from not to mention they already in desperation in economic and tourist (hint : red + pooh)

  7. Can i confirm about visa? If I invest 5M yen in Japan I can get a visa up to 2 years? What kind of investment? Besides open a business in Japan? Thank you

  8. First of all, I hope to return to Japan in 2026. Thank you for always keeping us updated on the news.
I have the physical suica and icoca, still working, and I hope to be able to use them in the future (among other things suica recovered on EBay). And unfortunately I do not have the I Phone (they cost too much). I hope they do not force us to throw away the physical IC Cards. I wonder if they will release apps for Android, but I don't hope so.
Please keep us updated on entry requirements and taxis (they work great but unfortunately are expensive). I also had problems with Google Maps and wasted so much time trying to plot the right route. A cheaper taxi would be a great opportunity.
My next goals will be the Kumano Kodo. But I don't know if it's safe to do the route alone. I'll probably contact you through the site for advice and maybe find an organized tour. Arigatou gozaimasu!!!

  9. Not keen on that auto- Suica thing! It means they'll get rid of the brilliant 72hr metro passes, which are so cheap and I always use instead of my Suica.

  10. Hi Toshi thanks for the video my trip to Japan is approaching January 29th and with Japan air but affiliated with Finnair I hope that by then the computer problems will have been solved.
