This ramen shop in Japan has been around for over 60 years!

I had the wonderful opportunity to travel 270 kilometers to Niigata Japan to try this “legendary” Soy Sauce Ginger Ramen. Join me in today’s video as we wait in line and taste this bowl and see if it lives up to all the hype!!!

If your traveling to Japan and want to go somewhere that is very offbeat Nagaoka may be just the place. It is very local and no one really comes out here. It’s the countryside and there is not much sight seeing around here. Mostly food and it’s well known in the summertime for its big fireworks festival.

So maybe if you want to see the fireworks August HOT summer might be the time… if you can handle the heat.
