It's a short rhythm game song (Groove Coaster), yet it's so catchy. Wish I could hear more of their work but sadly, the artist, HALI HALI, doesn't seem to have any other music online so I've come looking for alternatives with a similar style. Both songs or EPs/Albums are good.
Closest thing I could think of Pitcher56 – Her Abiding Memory, and to a lesser extent Kahimi Karie.
