Sapporo/Otaru 50 hours | Nijo Market | Ramen Alley | Hokkaido Ice Cream| Otaru Canal| FRESH SUSHI
Ya’ll WHAT IS UP.
Welcome to our 50-hour adventure in Sapporo and Otaru, a journey packed with delicious food, unique sights, and unforgettable memories. We just came from our 24 hour trip from Korea and we were DYING. Although – we never did stop eating heh…
We began at Nijo Fish Market, savoring fresh sushi and marveling at the bustling seafood stalls. Downtown Sapporo brought thrift shopping and a visit to the famous Ramen Alley, where we devoured Haruka Ramen’s rich, flavorful bowls.
The next day, we explored Otaru’s charming canal area, visited the exquisite Glass Museum, and ended the day with sunset beers at Otaru Beer Museum. The fresh sushi kept flowing from both Nijo and Sankaku markets, each bite better than the last. Along the way, we enjoyed sizzling yakitori, creamy Klim soft serve, and perfectly brewed coffee at TNOC.
From the vibrant city vibes of Sapporo to the quaint charm of Otaru, this trip was a whirlwind of incredible food, scenic views, and local culture that left us craving more!
