this is the Budget Hotel Experience located in Ginza East.
small but doable when you are just trying to explore Tokyo.
Walking distance to the subway stations.

Especially if you are coming from Haneda Airport.
you just need to walk 7 minutes to the Subway station and find the Asakusa Line in Takaracho Station and choose platform # 1, then 40 minutes later in the same train, you will then arrive at Haneda Airport and choose your terminal you need to go.
