New Snow People
Through the medium of snowboarding and photography in Japan’s deep backcountry, New Snow People explores the invisibile thread that connects snow cultures around the world.
In January, @bigairmare and @blairhabenicht visited photographer @inner_focus_photography at his home near Hakuba, Japan. They got a local’s tour of the legendary Hakuba backcountry, and they also learned about Endo’s deeper vision of community and culture.
