What Makes This Japan Travel Channel Different?
With a family history in Japan dating back to 1861 and maintaining a home here, we have a unique perspective on all things Japanese. Now that we’re retired, we travel throughout Japan seeking out lesser known towns and sites as well as hidden gems in the larger cities. Most visitors include Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto in their plans, but if that’s all you see, you’re missing out on so much more. So check out our videos on places such as Izushi, Aizuwakamatsu, Mojiko-Retro, Matsue and more. Even in our Tokyo and Osaka videos, you’ll find unique places.

Love hearing your story and about Josephine's family history! Looking forward to more!
Your videos are so well done! Very professional.
Thanks very much for your views on Japan. We have visited many times and returning in May. You have been very helpful.
Love that you explore and share so many interesting places to visit in Japan. It is an amazing country
We love Uncharted Japan!
I just found your channel recently, as I’ve been doing a lot of research on Japan lately. I love your unique style. You have a very pleasant way of making videos. I find it interesting you folks actually have history with Japan (I’m so jealous 😊😊) Keep up the good work! PS – Is there any way you folks make a video of Fukuoka in the future? I’d love to see that! Greetings from Mexico 🇲🇽🤝🇯🇵
Congratulations on 1,000 subscribers. Any plans for Tohoku?
Watashi wa Nihon ga daisukidesu (I LOVE JAPAN) and the people! Thanks for making these fun videos. Ya'll have wonderful personalities. I visited Japan for 5 weeks in 1996 and have always wanted to go back with my husband! I have Japanese friends who live there. They had a house in Tokyo and Chiba. They now live permanently in Chiba.
