Around The World Progress – Flight 17 of 33
Flight 17 Fun Fact – Kansai International Airport was finished in 1994 and is built 100% on manmade, reclaimed land. At the time of its completion it was the first major engineering project to have used such methods. Since 1994, the island has sunk into the ocean around it by 38 feet. Because of this, the airports seawalls have had to be raised several times to keep the island from flooding.

Butter machine never misses out 😍😍
2:14 one of only few airliners that still use the queen of the skies! Long may she reign!
Em Casa Verei Esse Belo Vídeo Com Mais Calma. Já Deixou o Meu like 😊🇧🇷👌
Nice flight SP good job 👍
Great fly! Have you seen UPS Worldport hub at Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport?
Wow! Very nice video! 😄
WOWOWOWOW!!! He's off on the next leg of his Super-Amazing Race around the world!! Remember, read the clues VERY carefully.
Anyhow, we're now 6 inches below normal in rainfall for 2024, below normal since October 1, and we're below average for November. We're at the time of year when we're most likely to get hit by storms, but this year, it's dry.
So… the BIG news on General Hospital right now is Ava Jerome is on trial for causing Kristina to crash thru the hotel window a few months ago, leading to the death of her unborn baby. Ric Lansing is defending Ava Jerome. I'll tell you, I just want to punch Ric Lansing in the nose.
Anyhow, another fine, Super-Fantabulous installment of your Amazing Race. Keep your eye on the Grand Prize.
Interesting that there was a Finnair A359 on the ground at both airports….ICN and KIX. Read an article recently where there are predictions that Kansai International Airport will be completely under water by 2056.
😂😂😂😮
Korean Air is PW(GE) Engine insane Favorer!! I never use the RR engine in the Airbus series…
The Asia tour we didn't know we needed!
Hello there and welcome back my friend ! .. and as always beautiful sharing adventure travel trip reports and gorgeous settings presentation and eye-catching stunning footage views ! .. and another beautiful lovely piece of work ! .. thanks again and have a wonderful blessed day ahead ! ..
I am curious if you have any advice, I tried to set up something similar to this through American going around the world, but I have trouble finding something going east once you hit Berlin/Paris or so, that are direct flights anyway. Any tips to get from there to Tokyo? Maybe that pairing just doesn't have many direct eastern flights…Edit: I should add I dont want 33 flights, maybe 10-12 max would be good! 😂
Hate the B runway at KIX, such a long taxi to Terminal 1. KE's onboard product is super reliable – clean cabin, lots of legroom. Had you used them before?
Good Flight! Just going to remind you that you didn’t pose your “What’s coming up this week on Skylite Productions”? on your community posts.
Very nice video~ I'd like to ask about what is your filming device and how did you fix the device on the windows?
Wow, Great Video! 👍👍
I flew that plane before
Amazing plane! Thank you for this trip.
You know its sad that half of your trip is already complete! You may think this but I certainly wish this could last forever!
This A-330 seems a bit underpowered. Has anyone tried to strap a couple GE-9Xs on this airframe? I mean, it works, but GO FASTER! 👹😎
Glad to see you visited my home country! Hope you had a good time 👍
Great video – nice short flight. It was interesting seeing the daylight departure from ICN after that amazing night time arrival with all the stunning lights of the city on display. Also interesting how long it takes them sometimes to clean up the aircraft after exiting the runway upon landing.
42:00~ Seoul/Gimpo Int' airport (only for Domestic, Tokyo(Haneda), Osaka(Kansai), Beijing(Capital), Shanghai(Hongqiho), Taibei(Songshan))
The "natural" 😜 sound of aviation -> always a great background noise while working 👍
So thanks for another boost at the office.
Korean Airlines a bad memory hahaha 😆
The date was July 10th 2018, and I was finally on my way to Manila Philippines 🇵🇭 where I was starting my new retired life living full time in the Philippines.
My flight started in SFO San Francisco on Korean Airlines 747-8i an absolutely huge but gorgeous plane.
Unfortunately we had terrible head winds over the Pacific ocean on the way to Inchon South Korea where my connection flight to Manila was on.
We were nearly two hours late arriving into Inchon. My connecting flight was held at the gate as there were about 30 passengers connecting to that flight.
The connection was Korean Airlines 777-300ER and I got the very last seat in the rear of the plane.
Unfortunately I noticed several immigration officers and police officers on the plane as I boarded? I asked the cabin staff member why all the officers? She told me there were appropriately 70 Chinese that had just been deported back to China through Manila!
Well there was no space anywhere on the plane for my 4 pcs of carry on baggage. So the cabin crew set all my bags in the front of the plane along with numerous other bags and luggage!
After that, I never saw my bags again!! After leaving Inchon I could only see 2 immigration officers for all 75 illegal Chinese passengers?
After arriving in Manila, of course as having the last seat on the plane, by the time I made it to the front where my bags were stored, nothing was left!!!
After having the entire plane searched for my bags, nothing was found. The cabin crew called for NAIA security officers to meet me at the plane exit, which they did.
Unfortunately no cameras on the Korean Airlines 777, however there was cctv at the immigration entrance, and I was allowed to view the footage of everyone exiting the plane and arriving into the immigration line.
There I could plainly see two Chinese men carrying numerous bags, including all of my very noticeable purple bags!
But of course by this time, almost 3 hours had passed, and it was obvious that there was no way possible to ever get my bags back, more specifically, everything inside the bags!
Terrible Terrible Terrible way to start my new life already a victim of theft from 2 Chinese idiots! No wonder they had been kicked out of Korea!
I filled a claim with Korean Airlines, but that went nowhere bcos I wasn't able to come up with all the requirements to get any compensation! A huge waste of time and so much frustration hahaha 😆 😂
But! I have nothing but praise for the crew on board that flight! They went out of their way to do whatever they possibly could! I greatly appreciated that effort.
So anyway, great flights from San Francisco and from Korea to the Philippines!
Take care my friend! 😊❤
While you were there, did you notice that they actually have water canons inside the terminal in case of fires? Those canons looked heavy duty to me, and I bet they can shoot water far far away!
