Welcome back 🙂 Today we are flying from Taipei SongShan 臺北松山 to Tokyo – Haneda 東京羽田

ANA 全日本空 was the launch customer of the Dreamliner B787.
It now operates 82 Boeing 787: 32 version-8, 43 version-9 and 7 version-10 (in november 2024)

Taipei SongShan 臺北松山 (TSA) was built in the outskirts, north downtown of Taipei.
Until late 2008, Taipei SongShan had scheduled flights to domestic destinations only: Kaohsiung 高雄, Tainan 臺南, Hualien 花蓮
Compared to Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, Songshan Airport saves travelers about 30 minutes due to its location inside Taipei.

Taipei Songshan also operates scheduled international flights to:
– Mainland China: Shanghai Hongqiao 上海虹桥, Xiamen 厦门
– Japan: Tokyo Haneda 東京羽田
and
– South Korea: Seoul Gimpo 김포국제공항

All Nippon Airways (ANA) flies twice a day from TSA to HND
Taipei TSA is a small airport. There’s only on VIP lounge.
Even on medium-haul flights, ANA offers slippers in Business Class

In Tokyo, Haneda airport 東京羽田 is close to downtown Tokyo, compared to Narita, located 60 kms away.
