Made some katsu curry for dinner.

I was in Japan two weeks ago and I been wanting it now more than ever. They’re half inch pork chops tenderized, seasoned, flour, egg wash, and fried with panko breading. Chopped a few taters and carrots with a mild hot Golden Curry. Good stuff.
