Was in Japan ages ago and have vague memory of this food I ate and I’m trying to describe it to friends who are currently visiting so they can try it. It was sold on a styrofoam tray, wrapped in foil. I’m pretty sure it was some sort of seafood. Soft/chewy in texture and in these kind of bamboo/squid shaped slices. Was white/light greenish with some sort of texture on it like possibly bumps? I unfortunately remember very little since I last had it like 8 years ago. Thankful for any help ❤️
