A new music video from Ryokuoushoku Shakai just dropped, and it’s impressive as always. There’s plenty to talk about with this insanely talented band, but I’ve got to call out Shingo’s bass work on this one. From start to finish, his bass lines hit hard, filling every space with a depth that grabs you and doesn’t let go. The “duel” with Peppe’s synth keyboards is pure fire—it makes me wish they’d release an instrumental version. I haven’t dug into the lyrics translation yet, but it sounds like a vengeful, confrontational track told from the perspective of someone who almost got played. Make sure to listen to it with some good earphones.
