When we were in Puerto Rico we didn’t feel the love like we did in El Salvador , Serbia , Philippines , or Costa Rica for example . Don’t get us wrong we met some really cool people but we didn’t feel that welcoming love like the people were happy we were visiting . We wondered maybe where this animosity could have rooted from . Then we found out Puerto Ricans cant vote nor do they get EBT or any other benefits. They also have to deal with our presidents not caring at all about them . Trump was shooting paper towels at Puerto Ricans like Kobe after a hurricane and now comedians are making jokes about PR on national TV at trump rallies . No wonder they weren’t happy to see us , it’s a damn apartheid . Yes it was a joke and it probably would have been funny if a Puerto Rican said it or if we were treating Puerto Rico the same as other states . Shout out our Boricua’s #puertorico
