Had breakfast in Nagoya during October and noticed that the local breakfast speciality was red bean on toast. Tried it out and it was actually really nice, because the bread was warm, crispy and buttery, which worked really well when you put on a generous serving of red bean.

I always get the mashed egg with toast version from Komeda whenever we visit Japan. It’s truly one of my secret joys I look forward to every trip!
