【TOYOTA_ Yahagi Dam】Visiting a massive dam towering in the mountains of Japan!

This time, we visited the Yahagi Dam, built on the uppermost reaches of the Yahagi River, in Toyota, Aichi Prefecture.
The massive arched concrete dam was the first of its kind built in Aichi.
With a prior reservation, we were able to enter the dam itself and see it from right below, where you wouldn’t usually be able to see it.

After our visit to the dam, we enjoyed Dam Curry, which, as the name suggests, was inspired by the dam.
