Every year Ikebukuro hosts Tokyo’s largest Halloween cosplay event the weekend leading up to the holiday. The event spans the course of 2 and a half days of various stages and venues for cosplayers from around the country to show off their amazing costumes. There is even a parade held on saturday afternoon, where anyone can strut their stuff.
