🕔 Monday to Friday from 11:00AM to 3:00PM and 5:30PM to 10:00PM; Saturday & Sunday from 11:00AM to 10:00PM.
📌 We came ~15min before they opened for dinner service and were seated right away at 5:30PM on a Thursday. When we finished, the queue went all the way around the corner, so I defs recommend going early if you don’t want to wait. You can also lump this with Shibuya Sky in your itinerary.

🐟 Nihonbashi Kaisen Don Tsujihan Kagurazaka
🕔 11:00AM to 9:00PM daily
📌 Again, we went at ~6:00PM on a Thursday and got a seat immediately. (I’d say the Kagurazaka branch is one of the less busy locations for sure.) It’s cash only and you can do takeout too.
