This is the second half of our noodle tour across Japan with JAPAN RAILWAYS GROUP!! This time we’re off to the cities of Morioka, Aomori and Hakodate to discover and taste the local noodles. I took on my first food challenge in Japan and ended up eating over 100 bowls of wanko soba in Morioka. Next we had two types of Ramen, first a miso curry milk ramen with butter in Aomori and second a classic shio ramen in Hakodate!
