Going back to the topic for thrifting in Japan, BookOff is always being mistaken as the same as BookOff Super Bazaar. Which is completely different!

Put it like this. BookOff is a smaller thrift store in Japan while BookOff Super Bazaar has a wider selection of items from basic to high end stuff! If you are planning to it to your itinerary, make sure to add BookOff Super Bazaar to your search. They are scattered across Japan. Not just in Tokyo.

They are a bit far from the city but it will definitely make your secondhand shopping or thrifting in Japan a more memorable experience! We are not just talking about the price here. Check it and find it for yourself. I swear, you will not reget it!

But this thrifting episode was taken in BookOff Hakata, Tenjin in Japan. Few mins away from APA Hotel Hakata, this thrift store will blow your mind away with the anime toys, manga, gadgets and even vinyl records! This is one of the notable thrift store that I saw with a good number of anime toys. From One Piece, Gundam, Doraemon and even Dragonball.

Not to mention, they also have secondhand Apple gadgets like iPhone, iPad and other electronics! Vinyl is an underrated section in this Japan thrift store! Did I mention that it has 2 floors?
