Fantastic Food Tour in Fukuoka | And we also visit shrines and parks!
We just got off the boat from Busan (South-Korea) and are ready to explore a new city: Fukuoka.
This is supposed to be the food capital of the south of Japan and it really lived up to my expectations. 🤤 We had amazing Matcha tea, local ramen and japanese style pancake. Our hotel offered an amazing high tea with matcha and strawberry flavour petit fours. We ended our day at an izakaya, where we got several different meat skewers. I really can’t pick a favourite in this foodtour through Fukuoka.
We also visited many sightseeing spots and several shrines, Fukuoka Castle, Ohori park and the Japanese garden next to it. We both loved the Japanese garden the most. 🌿
