  1. Thank you for making this video! I love okonomoyaki and have made it several times however I have only made the Hiroshima style with the noodles. I have never heard of this type. If I can find the ingredients I would love to make this one though. Great job! By the way, is there a big difference between Japanese mayonnaise and American? Can’t wait for the next video.
